Recovery
Addiction, sobriety & transformation
Recovery starts with connection
Peer-led recovery support, honest encouragement, and Recovery Coach trainings through CCAR—the Connecticut Community for Addiction Recovery—grounded in lived experience and built to help people move toward freedom.
Dignity. Connection. A pathway forward.
What peer support means here
You are the professional of yourself. My role is to help you see your strength, connect you with resources, tell you the truth with care, and keep walking beside you.
The framework behind the mission
Recovery is more than one moment. These five pillars guide how we help people move from survival into stability, leadership, faith, and purpose.
Addiction, sobriety & transformation
Incarceration, reentry & rebuilding
Outreach, crisis & community support
Peer coaching, ethics & boundaries
Faith, discipleship & servant leadership
A new pathway is taking shape
A live-in discipleship program for men and women is coming soon—built on scripture, morals, values, and the same truth that helped me walk out of addiction and incarceration into freedom.
Authorized CCAR facilitation
These trainings changed how I show up for people. Whether you are brand new to the work or ready to sharpen your practice, there is a place to start.
Learn from someone who has lived it
I am authorized through CCAR—the Connecticut Community for Addiction Recovery—to facilitate these nationally recognized trainings. I bring the curriculum, my lived experience, and the plain truth into the room.

Book MeThe eight dimensions of wellness
It is about building a whole life. Real recovery touches every part of who you are. We work on it one honest step at a time.
Feel your feelings without running from them, and build tools for the hard days.
Care for the body that carries you through sleep, movement, and health.
Find purpose in work, learning, volunteering, or creating something meaningful.
Build relationships that offer support, friendship, love, and hope.
Connect with what gives your life meaning. For me, that is God. Your path is honored.
Create surroundings that support safety, stability, and a fresh start.
Learn to manage money and build the independence to stand on your own feet.
Grow your mind through education, creativity, new skills, and new ways of thinking.
“You do not have to fix all eight at once. We start where you are, and we build from there—together.”
Choices that support physical and emotional well-being.
A stable and safe place to live.
A meaningful daily life and a reason to keep moving.
Relationships that offer support, love, friendship, and hope.
Lived experience. Trained support.
I’m not a therapist, counselor, or sponsor. I’m somebody who has walked the road—and now I walk it with other men and women.
I’ve invested in my education because the people I serve deserve somebody trained, not just willing. But here is what matters most: I meet you where you are. I help you see your strength, build confidence, and move toward the life you are reaching for.

Vision
Mission
Build peer-to-peer support grounded in authentic lived experience. Love first. Accept everyone. Leave judgment to the only One qualified to do it.
Coming soon
For men and women ready to build a life of freedom on biblical principles, morals, values, and the Word of God applied to real life.
Why this program
Scripture by scripture, trial by trial, I walked out of addiction and incarceration and into a life of freedom. Now I want to walk other men and women through that same journey.
This is not theory from a book. It is biblical truth practiced in everyday life—the same scriptural foundation I used to face trials, rebuild values, and choose a different way forward.
Stand with the mission
Some people give money. Some give time. Some open doors. Every one of those acts can help somebody find support, training, dignity, and a real next step.
